Hill Bungalow — Hotel in Hue City

I traveled to nearly 100 countries, stayed in so many hotels, and this is unbelievable. Besides having insects in the room, right after they cleaned, toilet is dirty, the owner is crazy. We agreed to the price in written messages, then after I stayed, she doubled the price. Also just before I arrived, she wanted to cancel my booking ( to rent to other guests). When I was away, she took my luggage and belongings on the bed, my foods in the fridge, etc and moved to another room, without me authorising her to do so.
