Most horrible KFC I have ever been to. Made the order with estimated waiting time 20 minutes, guess what happened after 20 minutes? Nothing they didn’t even start to do my order they forgot and said that they are sorry. Another 15-20 minutes of waiting and they found out that they don’t have chicken sandwich, chicken corn , instead they gave me a lot of spicy chicken wings that are not spicy at all. Staff is so incompetent , worst experience in fast food restaurants ever.

Vietnam KFC nothing like Australia. Extremely small portions, large chips probably 15 of them in the packet. Jumbo maybe 20 chips for 45k. I've never seen a spoon of coleslaw and potato gravy portion sizes in a combo meal that's supposed to feed 3 people. Oh if you feel like an ice cream go next door to mixue. 20k for a sundae vs 25k for miuxe.

I ordered my food 3 times in 2 days (3 different occasions) with the ordering machines at front. The ordering machines were running out of papers and you would never get receipt. The staff were never aware of my orders. None of those 3 orders were taken cared of. Staff won’t serve any unless you chase them to.
