Nhà Hàng HOA TRANG — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

My family and I went here for dinner when we were in Nha Trang a few days ago. The food was good, however it made us uncomfortable that the staff had to stand by our table the entire time and watch us eat. I asked the staff if they could let us be and if we need something we will ask them, but apparently they are not allowed… they will get fined.

There were signs posted in the restaurant with rules for the staff stating they will be fined - $ amount X 10: If they are a new employee and they miscalculated the bill $ amount X 20: If they are an old employee and they miscalculated the bill

500,000K per incident: If they smoke on shift, and/or if they drink water and misplace their cup?

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Makes me think that the owners are total jerks, greedy and talk down to the workers all the time. I’m surprised that anyone wants to work here… I felt very bad for the waitresses. I hope they don’t get in trouble or fined because I’m writing this review……… service provided by everyone was great so I will rate it 5 stars, but overall establishment is a no for me. I wont be coming back here and will not recommend this...

Very good Chao Zhou food! The only downside is that Chinese tourists are allowed to smoke inside...
