Vinpearl Lotus Restaurant — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

Food variety is decent. However the coffee machine 2days in a row was not functioning well, press latte, come out with espresso.. or pure milk.. 3machines not even 1 is functioning well. Despite having the need to queue for the coffee. Kinda disappointing for my 2 days breakfast here. However, waiter & waitress here are friendly. Just the coffee can definitely be better..

Following up: the hotel staff did a good follow up on our Google review. They are attentive to details, on the 3rd morning (which is also our last day in vinpearl resort), the staff from lotus restaurant recognised us and offered coffee from their the other bar. They also took the effort to explain to us the reason of coffee machine issue in the restaurant. Satisfied with how attentive they are and the effort of trying to fixed things n make it up to us.
