Top quality, definitely the best taste and value in Ninh Binh, fresh and excellent. I thought Shizen was great until I experienced Tokyo Sushi! Thick cut salmon and not cheap with portions and sauces. Very happy I have a new great place to try many delicious items at!!! I have now tried many of this shops delicious foods and can highly recommend all. The owner is generous and kind, shop is closed from 2-5PM.

Service is perfect. Staffs always stand by and I got my bike washed after my meal. My food (katsu curry) is served with miso soup and some pickles. Cannot say the food is 100% authentic but the service is spot on! Highly recommend!

Sushi was great quality compared to what I have had in the area. Prices are very reasonable. Interior is small and cozy. We were the only tourists there. Close to the lighted temples, so it’s a great dinner spot after seeing the sunset...
