Me and my friend do not speak Vietnamese, but used google translate and pointed towards what we wanted to order. We ordered x2 pork dishes and one rice and one noodle plus x2 Fanta. The waiter came out with two Pepsi and then the noodles.

After ~10 min the waiter came out and said on google translate that they were out of rice, which we were fine with because it was a lot of noodles.

Then after 1h from ordering, we asked where our pork was, and they didn’t seem to know we had ordered it. So we just ate the noodles and left.

Not once did they come up and try to see if everything was alright and sharing one side dish of noodles should alarm that we ordered something to it. We also got the wrong drink. They also placed fans by the tables but turned it away when Vietnamese people came and prioritised them.

We arrived at 21 and nobody did care about us. We asked if we could eat and when we were ordering (please note that nobody is able to speak one word of English but we manage with google translate) they started telling us they did not have noodles and other selection of food we wanted to order. Then we asked what they have and we place the order. The tables and the place in general were very dirty and we kindly asked if they could clean our table. They started setting the table and brought us some different type of sauces. Very few minutes later the owner (same person that took our order) came back and told us that they were about to close. Big scam do not go!! It was the first time we tried a restaurant wanting a good treat and the same time we got the most disappointed 😞 We ordered noodles and the goat - guys they brought us disgusting instant noodles that had no flavour whatsoever and the goat meat was simply uneatable so chewing and hard. Also no one there spoke a word of English, and when I say a word is lit that - they said "no" to water like it wasn't available because they didn't even get it (and it's their menu!) To conclude, the price was extremely high compared to the standard in Ninh Binh, not to even mention that the food was terrible - I had to leave most of it on the table and the few bites I have eaten I have thrown them up during the night...
