BAD EXPERIENCE — A TOTAL SCAM!

We went to this restaurant about an hour before closing time. They offered us three buffet options: • 179k • 229k • 279k (presented as the “best” option, with a self-service buffet and unlimited meat)

We chose the 279k option to enjoy the full buffet and unlimited meat… but the experience was a huge disappointment.

From the start, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Unlike the other tables, a waitress stayed with us throughout the entire meal, cooking the meat for us. When we asked why we couldn’t do it ourselves, she smiled and said it was so we could have a “pleasant experience” — but honestly, we didn’t believe that at all. It felt like she was there to rush us so we would leave by 10 PM, the closing time.

The self-service buffet wasn’t completely empty, but the options were very limited, and most of the food was cold. When we asked for hot fries, the waitress told us there were none left and simply reheated the ones already on a plate under a lamp, instead of making fresh ones. Even worse, the buffet was cleared away at 9:20 PM — so much for “all-you-can-eat.”

As for the meat, it was brought to us in small portions — 4 pieces at a time (one per person). Towards the end of the meal, my partner went to check if there was anything left at the buffet, and the waitress asked if we needed anything else, but we could clearly feel that our request bothered her. She eventually brought us 4 small pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of pork… again, just 1 per person.

The worst part was at exactly 10 PM — we hadn’t even finished eating when the bill was handed to us without us asking for it. It was obvious they wanted us out.

And to top it all off, once we stepped outside, we saw the staff finishing the food from our plates behind the window — with no shame whatsoever…

In summary: this restaurant is not truly all-you-can-eat. The service is pushy, the food is cold, and the overall atmosphere is more stressful than enjoyable. We trusted the positive reviews, but we were deeply disappointed.

We absolutely do not recommend...

The restaurant is just amazing. The staff of the place was so kind and helpful. They noticed that we were not really able to cook the meat and fish in the correct way and they helped us.
