🏠The place is in beautiful bauhaus-simplistic style. I really liked the AirCon is not too cold. The only downside for me was the music too loud (hip-pop/lover songs), something common in those Asian coffee shops for younger audience. The staff was very cute and welcoming even though they rarely see tourists here.

🥯☕ Coffee (espresso) was good and not too hot. They offer croissants or raisin bakery served heated and was delicious, something pretty rare if you've traveled in the rest of Asia. They also have little cookie bags, all pictures added in the photos section.

I stayed and had a matcha coffee. At check in, they tried to down-sell me a cheaper room for some reason, not sure why, I did not indicatethat I was on a budget, maybe I looked poor. Maybe I looked like not their type, too much of backpacker vibe. But I got the room for 1.125m one night. The room was good and clean, like a cute girls room (I am not a cute girl) , the bathroom is a full wetroom tho, shower above toilet and sink. Early construction noise, but thats not their fault.
