We chose this restaurant based on location and the ranking and reviews on TripAdvisor. From the outside it was underwhelming. The inside wasn’t much better and it was very quiet. The menus aren’t easy to decipher with most dishes having no English translation and service is challenging with language barriers. However, please don’t let any of these things put you off. The food is outstanding. We all agreed it was up there with some of the best we’ve eaten. The squid with garlic and spicy sizzling shrimps are world class. I can’t imagine there’s better food to be had in Ninh Binh or from my experience of 3 months in South-East Asia, in many places. Highly recommend and I’d go back in...

Such a welcoming restaurant! I highly recommend anyone staying in Nihn Bihn to try here. Even as a foreigner, the staff were so hospitable and warm. The food was delicious - good portions.
