The atmosphere wasn’t as good as I had expected. The facilities looked quite run-down, and the place was generally dirty. But the worst part was the staff’s attitude — they were rather impolite and disrespectful throughout our visit. The food was also overpriced. At first, I thought the prices were reasonable, as the menu listed most dishes at around 150,000 to 300,000 VND. However, when we ordered some items (especially seafood), we were given much higher prices — far more than what was shown on the menu. Came here on family’s recommendation. Seems to be a very popular spot for tour buses as they booked out large tables next to the water. They’re known for their seafood so we tried the mantis fish and mackerel sour soup and fried squid. Food was quite tasty but you do pay for it our bill for 4 adults 2 kids were 3.5m Vietnamese dong ($200AUD) which for Phu Quoc was really expensive but I think we enjoyed the sunset view so I’d come back again. They have a nice spot to take photos as well. Service was a little slow as it gets quite busy on weekends.
