Mr.burger — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

If you are craving a delicious cheeseburger, then this the place to go. I have been living in the area for a year and a half and I just recently heard of this restaurant from a traveler who was staying in the area so I decided to check it out. Just a basic little restaurant on the main road (Seaside) with a few tables on the outside and a few on the inside. no air conditioning but fans. Lots of burger options and the staff is friendly and speaks English. The prices are reasonable, including the cold beer. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a red Saigon, burger and fries came out in quick time. Burger was a good size, fresh bun with all the condiments on it except mustard and pickles. The restaurant had a menu on their wall which showed a mojito for 35k vnd. My girlfriend and I decide to have couple drinks each with our food. However, when the bill came out we were charged 60k and told that that was not a drink but a moijto soda and the alcohol was separate. Since we had been there on a number of occasions we protested the confusion of the sign. Instead of trying to come to a solution the owner decided to come down and argue with us and called us stupid and banned us from coming back again. It is always unfortunate when a business owner is so stupid to create a big scene in his own place, lose a customer who lives in Mui Ne, and get a bad review! After being called stupid for thinking a mojito could be that cheap we promptly went to a restaurant in Mui Ne Hills called 69 where we had a 30k mojito! We were regular customers but...

A disgusting experience

I ordered a pizza late night at this restaurant and the pizza dough was infested with ants. Unfortunately, I realized this after eating several portions.

I complained to the owner and in the absence of his apology, I told him that I’ll not pay the bill and I’ll give him a bad Google review. Probably drunk, he then got angry and reacted violently by insulting me and threatening me physically, telling me to come back at this place later.

Besides the disgusting food (which honestly can happen and be a mistake), this place is in my opinion unsafe. Run away!

Edit: the simple fact that the owner thinks that I brought back ants so as not to pay for his pizza shows his ridiculous dishonesty, you should better question yourself on your food rather than creating...
