Cay Bang Restaurant — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

Lunch time with 3 table with guests and plenty of empty tables. I placed 4 dishes. Fried rice, water spinach with garlic sauce, steamed fish, and hot pot soup. After 10 minutes, fried rice and water spinach dishes comes out. So I wait for the other 2 dishes to eat at the same time. Waiting for 25 minutes, a waiter comes out asking me want him to bring out the soup first. I told him I want to eat all at the same time. At this time, the dishes that they brought out already cold. I don't know if the chef knew this or not. Eating Asian food need best to serve hot and eat at the same time all together. As I reviewing this restaurant, it been 40 minutes and nothing yet. Now there are more guests. I don't know when I can eat my food .......after 15 min, they brought out the steamed fish. I have to request them to reheat the fried rice and water spinach. I would say that the seafood served here is by far the cheapest we saw through out Mui Ne's streets. Our hotel owner recommended us this place and said that Vietnamese would go there for good and inexpensive seafood, I have to agree she's right. I'm not sure how fresh the food is compared to other seafood restaurant, but they were good. We ordered quite a lot and added up to about 250k per person which was very decent. This is the worst dine in experience I’ve ever had. After enduring a staggering 1.5-hour wait for our food, promises of a 10-minute wait were consistently broken. Tables that arrived later were served before us. Out of the ten dishes we ordered, only one made its way to our table, with the staff casually suggesting we wait a little longer for the rest. We just wanted to leave at this point. The pinnacle of frustration was reached when, upon settling the bill for our drinks, they callously refused to provide change.
