Wizgonies — Restaurant in Scotland

By all the great reviews, I was honestly expecting an amazing sandwich, which is why we stopped. There was also a long line out the door, which seemed like a great sign for good food. The person make the sandwiches was incredibly kind and was handling everything herself. We ordered 4 softies (sandwiches) and they were honestly pretty average. I guess I was just expecting more from all of the great reviews. I will say this, though, it was a pretty cheap meal...and that always works...

We had the most wonderful breakfast( square beef sausage with potato scone and fried egg, hot dogs for kids) Food was delicious, simple ingredients that tasted like heaven. Perfectly made. Coffee heated the body before the boat tour. After the tour, we came back again for some ice cream ( dairy free option as well) and one more time later on to have some cake before the drive further north. The staff was amazing;cheerful, helpful, attentive and friendly....

I had a last minute cancellation for the catering at my Dads 80th birthday party and the guys at Wizgonies stepped in and saved the day! They were really helpful and really friendly. They made serval platters of delicious sandwiches and I wish I had gone here in the first place. The sandwiches were a good selection and were presented well. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank...
