Wy'East Cafe — Restaurant in Oregon

We used to come here back in the days for grilled cheese and tomato soup, and it was amazing, but every time we could come they would be closed so just today we got a chance to come back, apparently they don’t serve that at the y bar any longer. No fries. We ended up ordering brisket sandwich and chicken wings. Brisket was greasy, bun was cold and cheese wasn’t melted, and the chicken wings were also greasy and cold. Excellent little bar sitting on the edge of the visitor center. If you're lucky you can snag a seat outside, have a beer and watch the skiers and snowboarders come up the lift and go back down. Great views over the clouds. Prices are a little steep but cheaper than the other places at Timberline Lodge. Staff is super nice and accommodating too. They all seem to enjoy working there and go out of their way to be sweet...

This review is only for the Wy’East Cafe. From my one experience eating there on a busy winter day, I was very disappointed. Once my group and I finally got our food after a long wait, the food was low quality, fatty, and cheap, but we paid a high price for what it was.
