I was at cremosa for a work dinner and had a mixed experience. The food preparation time varies depending on what you order. For instance, the Lebanese meals came out in about 15 minutes, the pepper steak in 20 minutes, and the mini platters took around 25 minutes.

The customer service was average. The waiters seemed to be overwhelmed at times, as they were present and not present, making the overall service a bit inconsistent. However, the chef deserves special mention – the Lebanese cuisines were absolutely delicious, and the mint lemonade drink was a refreshing delight.

Cremosa offers a diverse menu including Indian dishes, Lebanese cuisine, and a standard food menu. The pepper steak was cooked to perfection and very tender ,though it was too spicy for my taste. For dessert, I had the cookie and ice cream – a hot and cold treat that tasted good, although the cookie was a bit too sweet for my liking.

The restaurant has a projector for football matches and plenty of tables, making it a great spot for gatherings. However, parking is quite limited, which could be a downside...

We love Cremosa and have been about twice a week the last month or so. Their food is pretty great, we love their Chicken Shawarma's and the Shawarma plates.

My complaint is Environmental. Drinks come with plastic straws which are put in your drink whether you want one or not. Thankfully they aren't wrapped in paper which reduces the waste a tiny bit, but straws should be something you request, not something that is given to you. The lemonade came in a glass with a plastic cover over it. It really doesn't need the plastic cover for a drink I am going to drink there. The Shawarma's are wrapped in a sort of laminated or waxed paper which I suspect won't biodegrade. Other takeaway items are in foil with a foil lined cardboard lid.

They have cokes, sprites etc in plastic bottles when in theory glass should be available from the breweries.

I will happily update my review when I see positive steps toward being more...

Food- great food, love the halloumi Service-the waiters to be honest don’t have the very best customer service, especially with locals for some reason, so that’s a little disappointing, could be wrong, open to ruling it out as “bad days” Parking- now this is where my lid was blown off. Each time I try to go there and park, the guards outside insist on a parking fee, and change the price depending on the day. If there really is a parking fee, put it in writing, because there are shades of uncomfortability dealing with the guards outside. Extremely uncomfortable and off putting

But we are talking about the restaurant right? This restaurant has the potential to actually be top 3 in Zambia, no exaggeration, if they can just sort out the service and parking. Compliments to the chef because again, the food is splendid. And to the cleaning crew as well because they tend to be the unsung heroes of...

We decided to try the none Indian and it was great. **28 Sep 24** We were disappointed with our recent visit at Cremosa. Despite the restaurant's potential, our experience was ruined by extremely poor service and substandard food. Upon arrival, we waited over 20 minutes without being approached by a waiter, forcing us to search for assistance. In contrast, the neighbouring table of non-locals received prompt attention and dedicated service from the moment they arrived. Paying was another challenge. After a delay in receiving our bill, we were directed to pay at the front, where we encountered a rude staff member. The quality of the noodles has declined since our last visit. The service, despite the use of tablets intended to enhance efficiency, is bad. Also, to cater to both smokers and non-smokers, a designated shisha area could be considered.

I love Cremosa for its amazing food and service. I’ve dined there several times, and some standout dishes are the creamy and flavorful butter chicken, perfectly cooked vegetable fried rice, and the unique pizza with its fresh and creamy twist. Their rump steak is tender and juicy, while the sizzling chicken sizzler offers a fun and flavorful experience. However, the grilled chicken can be a bit on the dry side. For drinks, I enjoy their crisp apple juice, refreshing minted lemonade, and the sweet, tropical mango juice. I’m not a fan of strawberry flavor, so that’s less of a draw for me. The environment is good overall, but I think it would be even better if there was a separate section for shisha smokers, as non-smokers often end up passively inhaling smoke.
