Nando's Kabulonga — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

A Great Time at Nando's, Central Mall, Kabulonga

Not long ago, I went to Nando's at Central Mall in Kabulonga. It was a really good visit and I want to tell you about it.

When I walked into Nando's, I felt happy. The place is bright and fun. The seats are comfy and the people working there are very nice. They helped me choose what to eat and were quick to bring my order.

Now, let's talk about the food. The chicken at Nando's is so tasty! They grill it with special spices and you can pick how hot you want it. I tried the medium heat and it was just right for me. The chicken was juicy and had a lot of flavor. I also had some great side dishes like coleslaw and fries, which were very yummy.

One thing that surprised me was the choices for people who don't eat meat. I wanted to try something different, so I ordered the Chicken Wrap. It came with spicy rice and a special sauce called PERinaise. It was very good and filled me up. I also tasted the chicken livers. It was fresh and very tasty.

All in all, my visit to Nando's in Kabulonga at Central Mall was really fun. The food was great and the people there were friendly. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Poor delivery service. I placed my order at 14:36hrs and was told it will take an hour for delivery. By 15:30hrs I called them back to find out where my order is. The attendant advised the rider was already on his way and said he will call back after speaking to the rider. Firstly I did not get the call back. Secondly my order only arrived nearly 2 hours later at 16:22hrs. Thirdly, my food was so cold and the chips were hardened. Lastly they did not add any dip for the churros on my order as they usually do. Unhappy customer today as I eventually got delayed for a photoshoot due to the delayed delivery. Service was very pathetic talk less of the supervisor who raised his voice at us just cause we questioned why we were not told before we sat that the table was reserved. The waitress welcomed us and we sat and came back a few minutes later saying we should move cause the table was reserved. There was no sign of reservation and talking about the sauces she came to put them as we sat. Like that wasn't enough we wait for our food only to end up getting a wrong order brought to our table.
