Chop Chop Grill House — Restaurant in Harare

I got the worst service ever the mananger was very rude and arrogant we ordered a dish that he knew was not available at that time he did not even bother to tell us that the conponents of the basket we wanted were not available all he said was the kitchen is a bit busy today so your order might take some time to prepare and we had no problem with that mind you we ordered a hog basket it contained chicken and sausages in it . an hour later he came back and said something about the chickens taking time to prepare because they were frozen bla bla bla so he improvised for the wings replaced them.with kebabs and we clearly told him its okay so long we are going to have the basket with the other components in it another hour gone then he showed up with plates which had a small chicken kebab and small fries and said im sorry the hog basket is not available we dont got the italian sausages right now so eat this then we politely asked him why he didnt tell us that the basket was off the menu when we ordered and he started saying nothing can be done the order has already been punched and he literally threatened to call security on us did i mention that at first he tried to convince us that he would give us free meals the next time we come and teach us how to bake if we just took the food we never ordered? We spent another hour trying to look for change so that we could pay for our drinks ecocash was not working they had no change for us dollars our swipe card was not working .i was not happy about this kind...

Good safe parking space with guards.

The parking however will need guards to assist to ensure customers don't have their front bumper hit the curb as well as ensure actually good parking by customers. Since there are no guiding parking lanes, drivers are bound to waste parking space.

The place has 2 entrances, one leads you straight into a lounge/bar area and the other entrance leads you straight to the restaurant dine-in area.

The toilets🚽 - gents are fairly okay.

Ordered a medium Mediterranean Pizza🍕, small fries🍟, a Heineken🍺 and water🥤. They have some excellent French fries; their beer was also cold🧊. I initially wanted a meal that had fish but they did not have any on the particular day. They also do not serve pork.

The pizza 🍕is pretty good, and I enjoyed it.

The customer service is on-point, and the lady that served me did a good job. I ordered a dine-in and got a take away because the medium pizza is just too big for one person.

The place also has a smoking area (where i sat). You can get to see the road from this part of the restaurant.

I will definitely go back there! With a second person to finish the pizza this...

The place is in an open area easy to find . The advantages It is in an open area where people are passing and if you worry about security in lone places this place or afraid of being attacked this place is good . There is a parking space Good location The disadvantages The parking space is limited The waitresses are not cultural awareness. I am Zambian who barely know anything about there language as this was my first time being in Zimbabwe when l told the casher to use English she just ignored me and continued to mix English and their language The waitress who was suppose to serve us stayed with the food we ordered on the counter until l stood up and served my friends and l (took three short trips no help received) .
