Our order was taken quickly, but then the waiter forgot about us & after waiting 50 minutes, I had to find a waiter to ask when our food would come. 2/4 meals arrived MR steak overdone & no steak knife seasoning or sauce. Veg & chips for the remaining 2 left to get cold while we waited too long for a seafood platter for 2 which arrived almost 10 minutes later stone cold. We did not eat together as a family. We’d waited so long we dare not send anything back as we had places to be. We weren’t offered a second drink, or dessert menu. Again had to search for a waiter to ask for the bill which cheekily came with a 10% service fee already added. Since the service was appalling, I asked for it to be removed. If your waiters automatically get 10% tip they have no incentive to do a good job. Tips are at the discretion of your customers. Not an entitlement. ●Firstly there was a manager with dreadlocks who assisted us at first because we had a meal voucher, very helpfull and friendly and solved our issue in a very timely manner. ●Our waitress by the name of Ruvarashe was very polite,she to the time to explain some of the cocktail for us so we knew what we were ordering, she also told us that we didn't have to order Coconut rice only or vegetables only we could order half of each which was a delight. ●It is a child friendly environment but it's built it such away that the noise from the play area doesn't overwhelming other patrons. An amazing play area for kids especially 3yrs -12yrs. A Few kids parties where being held. ●The music played was just loud enough that you could hear it. ●I will definitely be going there again.
