Hello Nando's..... yet again another automated response.
I am posting this for the 3rd time and still no care in the world. Customers should be aware that your automated response does not mean you care and someone willingly responding put of courtesy. Its not the case.
And so we continue......
Hello Nando's.....i posted a complaint ..... your auto response was to contact customer care .... I did that hoping Nando's would fix the issues that clients face. However ..... automated response does not help or fix issues. You simply mask them pretending to care .... its very clear you don't... once clients pay their hard earned money ..... who really does care. Shameful.
Since my email to you over 2 months ago ... not one person has given a care in the world to make contact. Your service is absolutely ridiculous. I have no care in the world to ever support any of your entities if customer care is not in your list.

I must say .... I am absolutely appalled at the service we got. We stood there at the counter for about 15min totally unattended while the drive through received all the attention and service. Notice was also taken to how much food was microwaved before being packed and served to those in the drive through. We finally got attended to, we ordered, food too approx 20min to arrive at the table, once it did it was stone cold, we kindly asked if we could get fresh / hot food, our food was taken away, we sat another 10 odd min waiting for food .... our food joined the queue for the microwave that was flat out heating food for the drive through, this is totally unacceptable.....if food is cooked fresh it should be served just that, fresh and hot. Our chips were replated in bowls and heated .... we could clearly see into the kitchen, we got our tray back, chips reheated in the microwave and the chicken stone cold from sitting on the plate on the counter. I am at a complete loss for words at the very bad service, the quality of food was atrocious, I swore never to eat or support Nando's ever ..... and I have avoided them by all means .... Sadly this time has proven to me yet again that it's not worth the money for the terrible service and way below standard food served, I can't believe we actually paid for that. There are other far better value places to eat where you are served well and served quality one would be happy to eat. Nando's.... I'm shocked ..... yet not surprised .... same bad service and same bad quality food, I will not be...

The past few times I’ve then gone to Nando’s drive thru, my order gets messed up one way or the other. They made my order hot instead of lemon and herb. I can’t even eat it because I can’t stomach spicy food and also - it’s not what I ordered. The disregard for orders is appalling. My husband has come to expect it that he even wonders why I still try. It’s like they just read the first part of the order and pick whatever is on the table, doesn’t matter the flavor. This is not free food you’re going out. We’re paying for this. Please do better. Nando’s is one of the best fast food outlets and I truly hope they fix this issue.

Although the service was a bit slow, the quality of the food more than compensated for the wait. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and served fresh. The area itself wasn’t too busy—perhaps because of the time I visited—which made the experience even more enjoyable.
