Read moreUpdated Apr 16th, 2025 - It feels like there is a change of management after seeing some marked improvements. All escalators are fixed and working! 👍 There are a few new F&B stalls in the open area on the ground level and 1st level. Also noticed a few more benches. Updating to 3 stars. Hopefully, management will do something about the ticketing booth. During heavy rain, driver will be soaking wet the minute they wind down their windows to make payment at the payment gate. The plastic shelter above the ticket machine has disintegrated so badly that only the skeletal beams remain.🤦♂️ Very bad shoppers experience!
Updated May 1st, 2024 - May 1st, 2024 - Aeon management doesn't seem to care about customers' shopping experience. There have been at least 4 non-working escalators for more than 2 months! Used to me my favorite mall, but I'm beginning to dislike it. It is dangerous to climb up and down escalators that have high steps and sharp edges. Downgrade ratings from 5-stars to 2-stars. ☹️ Hopefully, they will fix the escalators before any accidents happen.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to AEON Kulai. I am a rider, and I always carry my helmet with me especially because it is a valuable and expensive item.
For the first time, I entered one of the stores in AEON that sells bags (similar to Parkson), and I was suddenly told to leave by a security guard just because I was carrying my helmet. I politely asked if there was any signage stating that helmets are not allowed, but I was given no clear explanation instead, I was immediately told to leave.
I find this treatment to be very unprofessional and unreasonable. At that time, the mall was not crowded, and I was a genuine customer with the intention to shop. Turning away customers simply because they carry a helmet not only discourages potential buyers but also creates a poor impression of your mall’s customer service.
I hope AEON Kulai will take this matter seriously and review the conduct of your security team. Clear guidelines and better customer-friendly approaches should be enforced to avoid situations like this in the...
