Don't bother to go unless you are a trucker. Terrible customer service here. First, I call the O'Malley location to inquire about getting a trailer weighed for my move to the lower 48. The lady informs me that yes they do this for a fee but doesn't bother to tell me that the location I was calling was not where the weigh scale was. Drive there, can't find the scale, so I call back and she says oh yeah it's not here it's over off Klatt. So I go to that location and the people at the desk there were nice but once again, this is not where I could get my trailer weighed. So I go to where the actual scale house is, wait in line and get to the scale house. The lady there very rudely yells, "what are you doing??" I said, "I was told I could get my trailer weighed here." She rudely replies that she doesn't have time for me, that I need to pull to the side out of the way and that they need to get their commercial trucks through. So I explain to her that I was trying to get to this scale for the last hour because no one could tell me the right place to go and it would have been nice if they would have told me ahead of time that I shouldn't go now because they would be too busy. She tells me to the pull to the side and if they have time they'll try to get me in. Really? You expect someone to pay $25 to use your weigh scale and you are that rude to them? This is the go to place for landscape needs of your home!! I worked with Cody for my sale and he helped me way BEYOND well to get me set up! I needed to extend my driveway with some solid pavers. Seems strange to review a sand and gravel business, but let me tell you I’ve used their products for multiple home and garden projects over the years and they have always been friendly, helpful, and have the products I need at prices I really like.
