Contrary to the neighbouring Ffryes beach, this one has a lot more sea weed and an uneven bottom. This is less the case on its northern side, closer to the Cocobay Resort, where there are also amenities for the guests of the latter. Snorkeling is interesting but you'll be rubbing your belly on underwater plants, which can be unsettling.

There are often people here trying to rent out personal watercraft and they do not have very good memory. Consequently, you'll be inevitably annoyed by repeated offers, even if you said no just an hour ago.

This beach is also used as a pickup spot by different water activity vendors, catamaran rides, taxis to the floating restaurant, etc. This is not necessarily an issue but things do move here.

If you're a guest at Cocobay, this beach is great. Otherwise, I think Ffryes next...

Slightly more shelly than Ffryes Beach. Fine if you stay in the sandy areas of the water and just looking for a quiet beach with pretty water. I tried snorkeling. Nothing to see, way too shallow even 20+ meters from the shore and covered in sea grass and sea urchins. No services provided...

Wowwwww.... Just WOW. This beach is the epitome of Caribbean Paradise. Crushed shells make up a gorgeous sand... Turquoise waters and soft breezes, with small shade trees for cover. A highlight of our trip to Antigua!
