I recently visited a tourist destination that has garnered quite a reputation, but I must admit, it left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed. Magnificent shopping centre in the heart of Buenos Aires. Picture one of the most gorgeous buildings in the city, full of the fanciest stores and you’ll get close to what Galerías Pacífico is. Everything in there is grand and beautiful. Surely, the economics in Argentina do not help the luxury it once had inside, yet you can still feel the lush beauty its creators had in mind. This shopping centre is not for price-hunters, it is for the people who want a taste of pure luxury. Most of the stores are quite fancy, yet of restricted size. Again, the place is not suited for large sales or plenty of options, but the best of the best at hand. Common amenities such as Starbucks, plenty of fast food restaurants and bureaus de change are readily available to make your visit all the more enjoyable. Whenever you find yourself in Buenos Aires with enough time to treat yourself, pay a visit to Galerías Pacífico and breathe the grand air that flows through that building all year long. You...
