The Galerias Pacifico in Buenos Aires really are a place to visit. They really are a symbol of Buenos Aires and they really deserve their fame. If you get time, it could be nice to stop for a little while and have a little "alto" tasting a pasta and ending your lunch with a wonderful "postre". Waitresses and waiters do really have the gift to be kind and give the right suggestion . I would give this place ZERO stars if it was possible. From the very beginning they were unfriendly to us. They tried to give us the worst table even though the place was half empty. Only when I pointed to a “good” table they accepted while rolling their eyes. All the way through the treated us terribly. We didn’t leave only because the kids were hungry and tired. The food? Tuvimos inconvenientes con 2 mozas, Johana y La otra que no sabemos el nombre. Resulta que cuando le solicite información correspondiente a los cafés que sirven me brindó información que no fue la correcta, trayéndome un café que no era lo esperado, su compañera que no sabemos el nombre me explico re bien las tazas de cafés que Servian y los tamaños, esto paso cuando le volví a preguntar lo mismo que le pregunté a Johana. Cuando le pido la cuenta para abonar lo que se comió (un budín de banana - submarino y medialuna con jamón y queso) le solicite que no me lo cobren y se género un ambiente tenso, al ir las 2 mozas a buscar la cuenta para traérmela a la mesa y abonar se fueron hablando groserías de mi como cliente. La comida riquísima y el café de mi novio muy rico, una lástima que Johana haya brindado tan mala información respecto a los servicios que ofrecen y hay sido tan grosera, cuando le di las gracias por el servicio y el cobro de la cuenta no fue capaz de ser correspondiente al saludo. Primera vez que visitaba este café que me recomendaron amigos y la verdad que no la pase como la pasaron ellos, termine comiéndome un budín con la peor de las ondas, fea forma de culminar un sábado.
