CALTUR S.A. — Attraction in El Calafate

Caltur was used from Calafate to Perito Moreno Glacier on January 12, 2023 (12:30 pm). Bus left late from terminal (12:50pm) arriving late to the Glacier (02:40 pm) making us to loose our already set ferry tour (set for 02:30, bus was supposed to arrive at 02:00 pm). Both tickets were sell by Caltur desk at terminal assuring it will be enough time to catch the ferry. The bus was full, the AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T WORKING and not been able to open the windows. Totally uncomfortable trip. Well because it was their fault selling the tour tickets and not able to used, they return the money. We will not use this...

DO NOT USE CALTUR. They were supposed to pick us up in front of the hotel near our AIRBNB from 7:00~7:30AM. We waited from 6:57 to 7:50AM in the cold. We took a taxi to the bus station and went to their office asking for an explanation. They did not pick us up because there was an "error". We asked for the taxi fee but they could not pay us back because we did not have a receipt. Told us to go back outside and search for the taxi that dropped us off. This company may have good buses but be aware of some of their drivers who will put you on a wrong bus as it happened to us until three hours later we found out that we are at the wrong place for the wrong tour, Driver said I think I made a mistake and did not read your ticket but he accepted the ticket and pushed us on the wrong trip which cost me a lot of money to get back to where we needed to be as there were no other option.
