The view is gorgeous from the outside tables. The burgers were okay, although missing one of the ingredients (caramelized onions). The service was WAY subpar. As someone who’s worked in the service industry for many years, it is insane that we were told by staff that we could seat ourselves outside, and we were seated for 15 minutes, with no one attending us. We had to flag someone down to get us a menu, we had to flag someone down to take our order, and no one ever came to ask how our meal was either. We were starving so we didn’t even care, but it was majorly disappointing. Meanwhile, tables who sat AFTER us, received menus nearly right away. We only came because our Airbnb was walking distance and it was recommended to us. Service makes or breaks a meal.

EDIT: We went back because we needed a place close to the Airbnb to kill some time. I had the daily soup instead & it was really tasty, my dad had the empanadas - also good. The service was slightly better as we sat inside and were attended to quicker, but still not checked on throughout our meal. My mom got the same burger, asked the waitress to make sure onions would be in it (as it’s listed on the menu), and it didn’t have them again, lol. Better experience overall this time around,...

Good for a drink and the view but nothing more. I wanted to love this place because the location and views are beautiful, but unfortunately the service and food were not good. I have never left a negative review before but really wouldn’t want someone else to spend money on food here.

I think their biggest mistake is that they do not serve people meals and drinks outside so you have to fetch your food yourself, with paper plates and paper cutlery. This is fine in a cheap place, but not in a restaurant.

The chips were nice, but please whatever you do don’t order the Poke Salmon Ahumado, it was truly terrible and they had forgotten to add any sauce or seasoning, so it was literally just plain rice with dry cucumber, salmon, and mayonnaise. I did ask for some soy sauce to add, but unfortunately I couldn’t even finish it. Nothing tasted fresh.

Lovely Argentina vacation ruined by the rude waiters

Smiley faces until we paid the bill and we even tipped the waiter 20%. He lied to us that the taxi was coming but instead he never called for us the taxi. We stood in the cold for 10 mins and returned to the restaurant, only to get an cheeky face to reply that it's a busy time to get a taxi so they didn't call.

They could have told the truth from the beginning to spare us waiting in the cold, what happened to the honesty? I am sure most Argentines wouldn't find it tolerable.

SHAME on the waiter and the lead waiter.
