Puerto Iguazu Bus Station — Attraction in Puerto Iguazú

Had a very poor experience using the Crucero Del Norte bus company. We arrived at the bus station 30 minutes before our bus was due to depart, had booked our tickets online. We walked up to the office to ask if our seats were together as the seat numbers were numbered 39 and 10, the older man in the office was extremely rude, didnt even let us ask our question and demanded we get our tickets printed. They would not even print the ticket in the office. We then had to run around town to find a place to print tickets to no avail as everywhere was closed as it was Siesta time in the town. Went back to the offfice and the girl finally printed our tickets for us after telling her there was nowhere open, she made a fuss about. The customer service with the staff in the offices is very poor. The bus trip to Sao Paulo was ok, no food or drinks served onboard, you do stop halfway into the trip for toilet and food break. Updated July 2025 How to get to Parque das Cataratas / Parque Nacional do Iguaçu (Brazilian side Iguazú falls park) from terminal de Puerto Iguazú: As there was little information on internet, I try to summarise it so that everyone can visit the Brazilian side of the falls. Buy a ticket from either EASYBUS (50R, can pay with card) or Rio Uruguay (14000 Arg peso, cash only, or need to go the the office to pay with card). You can buy the ticket at the bus station directly Bus schedule 1 hour interval (attached the schedule of both companies). You will need to cross the border of Argentina side (everyone get off the bus, and get back to the same bus together) It takes about an hour to go to Parque das Cataratas including crossing the border. Don’t worry, just ask the guy from EASYBUS, he is very nice and can speak English.

Since it is very hard to find info, here it is (april 2025)

If you want to pay card, go to the kiosk east on the other side of the bus parking (up the stairs/catwalk). The vendors directly next to the busses only take cash

Busses from here to airport go from 6:10 every hour (so 7:10, 8:10 etc.)

If you only want to get the bus back, you can buy a ticket with the driver. For example if you take a taxi to one of their destinations and want to take the bus back

For ciudad del este and waterfalls brazil you need to bring your passport
