Rotary Lookout — Attraction in Boyland

This lookout has quite the wide range of view out to the west - I've been here a few times and it's always a nice spot to stop and take in the distant scenery as it heads out West.

Sadly there are only a handful of parking spots and seating spots here, which makes it difficult to visit at peak times. There are a number of good walking tracks close to here, so this can be a good rest or launch point for said walks. If you're up Mount Tamborine, certainly stop in and have a look at the view West here. Be prepared, it can be windy though!

Mega cool lookout with an absolutely stunning view at sunset. No matter what time of year it is, the sunset will be visible on the vast horizon west of this lookout. It's clear of trees where the sun sets as well. Slightly small but with three benches and bins it's one of the better equipped lookouts at Mount Tamborine. Plenty of parking and on a slip road too so very safe. 10/10 would recommend this lookout. We visited the place about 3 years ago. We were so dissapointed to see that the place is just not the same. Clearly it require some heavy maintenance as some wood looks very old and gives the feeling of unclean. The most important thing was the food. You would expect a top seasoned food(including the "german sausages" ) instead you would find a very expensive plate for what it appears to be packaged frozen food and sausages that really taste like a normal sausage bought.from Aldi or any other store.
