If the chapel and venue surrounds weren’t as beautiful as they are we certainly wouldn’t have picked this venue for our wedding based on the customer service.

From the initial meeting when we had scheduled an appointment and we had been forgotten, a friendly Roberto made up for this error. Showing us a tour of the venue and getting us a drink to go through our options. Roberto smoothed things over.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t deal with this gentlemen every time. As they have a few people working in the weddings area so we would get multiple replies from different people over the next 9 months.

Email communication was fine and as expected but there was no warmth, genuine care or love for this business and what the staff do for the brides and grooms. We feel like some of the staff have been in this job too long and that this business relies solely on their Facebook marketing and being apart of the Tamborine mountain weddings group to get their weddings, Definitely not their customer service. There has been no follow up since the wedding day aside from getting our bond refunded to our account. This makes us think that this business doesn’t care about the customer experience and follow up feedback.

We were following them up with their deadlines before a final invoice was even sent to adhere with the contract terms. Very disappointed with their overall customer service , aside from the wedding day itself and the lovely general hand staff the day after the wedding who helped us collect our things.

I also think it’s steep that the venue don’t even offer the bride and groom a handful of spirit drinks on their wedding day just to make them feel just that little bit more special. Such a small sacrifice which would have been a special touch, considering how much they have spent at your venue. The chances of them having their wallets on their wedding day is highly unlikely. I know that they can do a bar tab if previously organised but I think this would be a...

The wedding customer service is far below standard. We had our wedding here last year in August and despite being a beautiful venue but that’s probably the only positive side to our dealing with this business. We had some issues during the wedding preparation process and the wedding staff and management were unhelpful and showed no care whatsoever the whole time. Management was difficult to talk to because the person could barely speak/understand english and we had to repeat everything to 3 different staff just to get a message across. Almost every communication is via email as staff rarely answered the phone. Staff also did not check email information and managed to send an email intended for us to a wrong email address. Staff were also hurrying our programme during the wedding so they could serve the food, but despite that we still spent almost 30 minutes waiting for food to come out at one point. Besides serving food and drinks on the day, venue staff were not involved during the wedding programme. Thankfully our other vendors went above and beyond and helped us made the day go smoothly. Purely a profit approached venue with no care or thought about the couple. After the wedding, we were always the ones trying to follow up with them about an unresolved issue and our last email to the venue has remained unanswered to this date. Beautiful venue. Horrible...

Following our great glow worms tour we were quite excited to get the opportunity to taste some wines without further travel. Really, the only positive thing was that it wasn’t super crowded. Otherwise, it was really quite a bad experience. Firstly, the wine was not great at all and tastes like

Hello Team. We both truly appreciate firstly your amazing service and organisation on our special day, we were so grateful. The day was overwhelming, firstly for the beautiful weather we managed to have and of course the venue itself. From every aspect during that day, your team did a marvellous job and our stress and anxiety was there, but very minimal throughout. So relaxed, and only had to worry about our own nerves and nothing else. All of our guests have commented to us how the day flowed, and some even commented on our wedding being the best they had ever attended. The timing of the ceremony, the organisation of the guests on arrival, the pre-dinner session and the reception were so smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a more special venue to have finalised our future together. Kind Regards Will & Raelee

Our mistake was going on the Mt tamborine markets day... when they are having tourists through, the wine tasting was fantastic 👌 but the restaurant food was terrible 😫 my friend had the karage chicken and a pork belly bao bun which was nothing special and bao bun wasn't fresh, my mum had the caesar salad which for some reason you couldn't add chicken to?! Very ordinary... then I waited the longest time for the worst barramundi I've ever had in my life, drenched in oil!!! Whatever sauce they put over the veggies and at the bottom of the fish was disgusting so I couldn't eat either of them, when I told them at the front when we went to pay they just gave me the bill, so winery 10/10, restaurant 0. Only come here for the wine and probably never on a weekend

Situated on a beautiful estate, the Cedar Creek winery took the cake as the most personable experience that my partner and I enjoyed during out time at Mt Tambourine. We enjoyed watching some ducks swim around a picturesque lake while they blasted through what looked like a near infinite number of hens parties, and when they all left peeked in for a quick tasting. We enjoyed chatting to Jonathan (I hope I spelt that correctly) who chatted to us and told us about the history of all the wines/ports/liqueurs of Mt Tambourine and QLD. We tasted multiple wines and had fantastic service despite the busy day. Definitely a must stop on any boozy tour of Mt T.
