A well maintained park great for toddlers and little kids. The play equipment was in good condition and clean, including the sand pit. The hammock swing was something I hadn't seen in many other places and is great for kids not big enough to hop on the children's swing. Plenty of shade and tables, also a BBQ. There are 2 parking areas nearby but filled up reasonably quickly, perhaps to do with being near the bridge to UQ. The playground is separated from the car park enough to not cause concern for little kids running about. The playground area is surrounded by slopes up and down, so not the best area...

Beautiful park with great playground.

In this park you can find a sand pit with diggers to play. There is a small wood construction structure to play with buckets to fill with sand.

There’s a slider with a play area for pretending to shop. There is a swing as well.

The whole playground is built on top o a gigantic blue and black butterfly which head is In the front so kids can ride and pretend to be flying.

There is plenty of shade. There are toilets, which are cleaned al the time.

There are also benches and tables to have a picnic with shade and enjoy with...

There was something nice about the way the sunlight came through the trees while we sat together on the bench. It’s not a glamorous park by any means, but sometimes that makes it feel more real. My wife and I had a quiet moment just sitting and chatting, and that made the visit worth it. The flowers weren’t in full bloom, and the grass had a few dry patches, but I barely noticed. It felt like a place made for stillness. A subtle, soft...

It's a nice park. Close to the city and the street but also peaceful and beautiful. It's also next to the river and makes it a whole lot more enjoyable. It is a bit hilly but doesn't really matter as you can enjoy the park regardless. There are also several pavillions for BBQ or just sitting, eating and talking. Good atmosphere, lots of animals.
