Extremely rude staff member. I am a International UQ student with a physical disability. I wanted to fill my water bottle with cold water because there was piping hot water inside and the water fountain was too weak to fill my water bottle with. My friend accompanied me to the restaurant in front of our course building and helped me to fill the bottle with two small cups of cold water from the water jugs in front of the restaurant because we were careful not to contaminate the water with my water bottle. However, after managing to fill my bottle with one cup of water, a very rude waiter (Asian man in his late 40s) approached us and snapped at us, saying that we were making a mess and that we had to leave. What struck was the way he conveyed this information. Although the other staff members were quite polite whenever we were at the restaurant, this particular staff member was absolutely rude and had horrendous manners! He was not service-minded at all.
