It was fine. We went for lunch on a normal Saturday.

Some unappetising smells in the area, probably recycled water being used for irrigation.

Service was slow, we felt a bit forgotten about and had to call someone over to take our order.

Drinks were delivered in a disjointed way, one person receiving a drink, then another coming several minutes later with an attempt to deliver it to another table adding to the time. They didn't deliver one of the drinks we ordered. Even after being prompted, we still never got it in the end but at least we didn't have to pay for it. We overheard a table near us also didn't receive a dish they'd ordered and also had to ask for it.

The staff were polite enough and friendly, but just wonder if management could improve their systems to avoid misses and improve efficiency. Maybe something as simple as numbering the tables to avoid staff wandering around with plates, or reducing available tables if understaffed to let the waiting be at the front door instead of at the table which is far more frustrating because you're fully invested and unable to leave for elsewhere.

The food was good. I had the cheeseburger and raspberry lemonade, my friends had the steak sandwich and the ragu paperdelle with a shared garlic cheese bread. One had a chocolate banana shake, and the drink that didn't arrive was the Juicy Lucy. We finished everything, so can't have been bad.

I'd be willing to return but if I had a second experience like this I'd be inclined to head elsewhere instead of do a...

I was here on Friday and ordered an Iced chocolate. As a Ceoliac, I have to ask to make sure that any syrups and the Ice cream is gluten free. Meaning I had to enquire about the ingredients in the iced chocolate specifically. Despite this, I was charged 50c more than what was advertised on the menu (menu says $6.50 - i was charged $7.00). Now, this I can understand as a mistake and wasn't too significant. But then I was proceeded to be served an Iced coffee instead of an iced chocolate. I wouldn't usually be annoyed by this, as once again this could be a simple mistake, but combined with being unnecessarily overcharged and being given the wrong drink even after saying the words 'iced chocolate' multiple times and actually enquiring about the ingredients in the iced chocolate specifically, i just am disappointed. This is not to say that this is a common experience, as I believe this is a truly nice restaurant, but just want to mind people of being very very very clear about what they are ordering and ensuring the waiters understand what you want, and be wary of boing...

Four of us (all adults) had dinner there on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not busy and seems like a relaxed spot for kids and families.

The big issue was with the quality of service. First up, it took a very long time for our order to be taken. Then the wrong bottle of wine was delivered, and the water glasses had chips in them. We had ordered a shared bread and four main meals. The bread came out at the same time as the first main meal, then we waited about 10 minutes for the next two meals. Three of us had our meals, and after waiting another 5 minutes we enquired about the fourth meal. The waiter told us they hadn't put it through to the kitchen and said it would be a really long wait if we wanted it (bold us to come out to dinner and actually want to have dinner!). We said not to bother and shared the three meals between us.

Was just a weird dining experience overall. The staff did not seem to care, and service was really poor (almost comical). Was a nice spot, but the food was nothing special and service was terrible. There's much better...

I gave 5 stars 2 years ago “Good wood-fired pizza and lovely atmosphere. Awesome place to stop by, relax and enjoy the meal” But after tonights dinner experience I changed it to 2 stars: - they served wrong pizza. Instead of bresaola I got boscaola. And seriously, why do you put such similar names on menu??? It confuses your staff - customer service was 0 as there was function going on. I had to self-service water, my orders and cutlery. I am a regular customer and I dont want to be treated as a second class. If you understaffed - hire more people. - pizza quality dropped. Pesto pizza blant and greasy. The broccoli and sausage pizza that I got instead of bresaola I ordered is a joke. I truly believe that you guys can improve, but I will only have drinks here for a while. Coffee is still good

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived at Saint Lucy’s Cafe, we were greeted by the owner, who made us feel incredibly welcome. After spending two hours in the hot sun watching a tennis match, it was such a relief to sit down and enjoy the refreshing mist from the big misting fan they had working—definitely a lifesaver! We indulged in an outstanding lunch that exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal in a friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work, team! We'll definitely be back!

A really pleasant ambience, decent pizza but doesn’t compare to Brisbane's better pizzerias - I don’t go there for the pizza. Trending to the crispy flat crust pizza, not much to suggest there is a strong focus on fermentation. The food is trending to the more expensive side, but it feels like very good value during the very long happy hour. I haven’t had overwhelmingly good experienced with the service, and very mixed bags in terms of the wait time on food. Still, the food is good and there’s a good variety on offer. Location, space and ambience are the highlights.
