SunPAC — Attraction in Brisbane City

I am so very disappointed with this restaurant. My family came in to have dinner here so we ordered our food and waited. After about 40 minutes we already thought the food would have came so we asked the waiter that took out order what was going on. He relied with “Oh yeah im sorry we’re just very busy, your order is being processed and your food will come very soon” which first of all if you cant even handle that many orders, dont take that many. Than we waited 25 more minutes and our food still hadn’t arrived so we went up to the same guy and asked again, he checked our order and all of a sudden it was “Oh sorry our printer system is having problems and your order didn’t come through, what did you want again?” The kids were quite literally starving and wanted to get something else to eat instead. Than we proceeded to re-order our food despite the fact that we had already waited over an hour, and when our food came all of our orders were mixed up. We had three kid packs, the Singaporean noodles and three steaks that came with different sides, and every single one of the sides had been mixed up. But at that point we already had enough and wasn’t bothered to ask again. Not to mention the kids meals were also so disappointing, we ordered the cheeseburger kids pack and the cheeseburgers were so small. We probably should’ve checked to see how they were beforehand but we definitely didn’t expect them to be smaller than our fists. There were also barely any chips that came with the meal, we counted and there was literally 18-20 individual chips on each plate. When the kids pack came we told the waiter if we could get the juices that it came with, another twenty minutes and it didn’t come. I had to walk up all the way to the counter to ask for all the juices, not to mention as i was at the reception there was people complaining about their orders left and right. It had been about an hour and half than since we got there and the Singaporean noodles only just arrived. Overall we expected better, but this was a terrible experience and will not be...

I had really bad experience with their staff. I was with my 8 years old daughter went to use a toilets when we entered into the toilet one of the staff ran after us started yelling at us. you are not going to use this toilet and said get out from here(there was nothing mentioned about do not enter or closed toilets other people were still using) . At that time I thought I need to talk her manager or senior about her behavior (tell her this is not china and your just a worker). I noticed the ridiculous thing that her manager was backing her up for doing this. Then I realized there is no point to talk to them (Asians). Literally, she not just yelled at us I felt like she was physically pushing me out. When we were leaving, both the employees walking behind us and talking in their language and laughed louder . They made fun of us. Incident was happened on Sunday evening due to all this I haven't had sleep last night.tonight again that incident still upsetting me.its about 11pm so, I decided to write this. We had been to SUNPAC several times and whilst we love the location; close to home, easy to park, good food in the Club, it never fails to disappoint.

A) Got an email from them yesterday about a Performance, log-in straightaway tying to buy a ticket, and it goes round the circle and ended with "not available". Tried again today, same thing.

Trying to contact them is a nightmare: very slow to respond to email and FB Message "Box Office is open Wednesday to Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm, and from 1 hour before performances and events." "Outside of these hours, please order tickets online or email the address above." You cant even phone them!

B) I am not an Architect but wonder who would build a theatre on completely flat ground? The layout is shocking is not conducive for watching. It'd be good if you just want to listen and close your eyes coz you can hardly see the persons and the act.....
