This is the worst tour company I have ever come across. This company completely misrepresented and falsely advertised the experience. Their website describes the sea scooter tour as a tour separate from the snorkel tour (โ€œzoom right past the snorkel groupโ€). Our experience today was the complete opposite. We were placed in a snorkel group with 8 non-English speakers, none of whom had ever snorkeled before and many of whom could not even swim. Our group was led by Anna. Upon entering the water, Anna insisted that we stay within 20 feet of the snorkel group, who were collectively being slowly dragged by Anna through the water on a orange flotation ring. Our tour was reduced to having to stay with this slow moving group, defeating the whole point of the sea scooter rental.

We immediately informed Anna about our frustration with the tour. She responded there wasnโ€™t anything she could do. Upon return to the shore, I informed Manager Steve about our frustration. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he started arguing with me, stating that I should have known this tour was part of the snorkel group (despite the clear representation to the contrary on the company's website).

On top of the false advertising, the tour was poorly run. Due to the extremely slow check in process, we had less than 20 minutes in the water. Several snorkel participants told the staff prior to departure that they couldnโ€™t swim, yet they were put in the water at the shipwrecks, only to be soon after pulled out back onto the boat.

I could go on and on about the other problems with this tour, but it already has wasted too much of my valuable vacation time. Suffice it to say that our experience was the opposite of what we were promised at the time we booked. This is tour company that treat its guests like...

I gave one star because I cannot give a zero. Their website lets you book a tour and in the receipt they even tell you that if you are not staying in the resort to get a day pass and they even have a link to click. However, this link wasnโ€™t working as well so I decided to call them. For almost 2 hours, their phone would either be ringing out or hang up. At one point, I managed to speak with Kyle and he put me on hold for 20 minutes and the phone hang out at this point. So I decided to go physically to speak with someone in the company. I saw Kyle who was rude and actually basically told me that itโ€™s my fault for not reading the signs at the FERRY that said only resort guests can book tours (dude, make sure your website says that and also your receipt to reflect that and not allow people to book unnecessarily). So he said that the tour company may process the refund. So I asked if we can have a confirmation, to which he said โ€œNo, not immediately but maybe when his manager comes back tomorrow.โ€ So my partner asked what is the best way to contact you, we were told, email us (which we did and no reply) or call us (which as previously stated was an issue of almost 2 hours)! Up to you, do you want to risk and have this experience! I suggest re-train your staff on customer service or get rid of Kyle. Will never...

Went in August and had a pleasant experience so decided to go again in early December.

Was supposed to be on the 3:15pm sea scooter tour but as we were lining up to register, the staff told us everything was delayed and essentially just told us to wait - we didn't get on board to start snorkelling until 4:30pm.

This, I can understand as it is hectic however my friend wanted to come onboard as a spectator and when I initially asked my tour guide he was very flippant and replied without checking that there was already no room on board. After asking again, he reluctantly checked with 'reception' who corrected him and said there was but she would need to pay $15. My biggest issue is the double standard. When I was here in August, I witnessed multiple spectators join on board for another individual without needing to pay and I referenced that to the reception lady who still insisted that my spectator need to pay. I then later witnessed another individual ask for a spectator to join who was allowed to come without needing to pay their 'spectator fee'.

All during this, my tour guide had already proceeded to board the boat without checking if I was boarding and he honestly didn't seem to care.

All in all, staff...

Went dolphin feeding, did a quad bike tour and went parasailing. Dolphin feeding was an awesome experience. Got to see 2 completely different dolphins personalities to eating food, hold some raw fish like an ice cream -yum. Quad bike tours were fun but I personally would like to go faster haha, although based on accident chances itโ€™s understandable not to. Parasailing was great, my brother and I went with the 150m rope. We saw a shark ๐Ÿ˜… small one thankfully. We did forget to ask not to be dunked, so we did get a bit nervous but thankfully the driver signalled if we wanted to be dunked or not. Which we both did not :) was fun watching them bring down the chute and try to pull it all in before the water caught it. Missed a bit ๐Ÿ˜…

***FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE*** 09โ€ข10โ€ข2020 Staff are very friendly. So many activities to choose from. We booked for the wreck sight seeing and fish feeding but got upgraded to marine discovery for free. I think due to the lack of participants for our booked activity. Both are activities are pretty much the same. Wreck sight seeing and fish feeding takes 45 minutes, marine discovery takes 1.5 hours. Tour was very educational and perfect for kids and family. Lots of fishes, saw the dugong but turtles were hard to find.
