Pizza Vino — Restaurant in New South Wales

Very disappointed with the service and time it took to receive the food. I can understand it was busy, though the wait times were ridiculous. We spent over an 1hr waiting for food.

We ordered our entree and mains before 7 (we were the first table to be seated and to order out of the surrounding tables).

The waiting game began, we didn't receive our starter until 35 mins after ordering.

We began waiting again, our mains didnt arrive until 35 mins after that! And the most mind boggling thing is we didn't receive our pizza. (The other two tables around us received theirs even though we ordered first)

So again we waited. 15 mins had passed since the mains had been brought out to our table. We enquired about our pizza and we were told it hadn't even been made yet! That's an hour and 25 mins since we had ordered it.

We ask for the pizza to be cancelled and asked for the bill.

There was no apology, no "are you sure you don't want dessert on the house?" Nothing!

Above and BEYOND! Thankyou team Pizza Vino for making my parents 55th wedding anniversary so special . Yesterday afternoon I stopped into Pizza Vino to ( suprise ) pay for a pizza my parents would order later for their anniversary meal ( they love the supreme pizza by Pizza Vino ) . They sorted out the details for the order ( mum had no clue when she phoned in her order later but PV team were all over it ) then I made a random request that the team didn't blink an eye at but happily accommodated was me asking to write a message to my parents on the inside of the pizza box ! . It all went like clock work , mum unsuspectingly ordering her pizza, picking it up and being wished a happy 55th Anniversary and no payment needed ( she started to smell a rat then lol ) to the message in the box bringing a tear to her and Dads eyes . Thankyou again Pizza Vino team for helping and going out of your way on a busy Friday night to help make some special memories for my family ! This is why your food is so delicious, because you all have such big hearts ♥️...

We discovered this little gem while holidaying with the kids over the Christmas/New Year period and were welcomed warmly. The pizzas were top notch and thoroughly enjoyed by our family of 5. However, we are in the hospitality industry ourselves and what we were really impressed with above all else was the service. It was a very busy night with a full house of diners and a constant rotation of takeaway customers but the staff never missed a beat. The kitchen was quick to deliver all orders and went above and beyond to cater for our kids’ needs. The front of house staff were faultless; incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful and not at all flustered by the busy atmosphere. Above all, they always had smiles on their faces and made this experience another wonderful memory that we will treasure as part of our visit to Coffs Harbour.
