Last week was my second time in this place and I will choose it again if visiting Coffs Harbour area. Everything was handy, 50m away from the beach but still sheltered from the wind, 5 minutes drive to supermarkets and the picturesque harbour. This time I went with a Motorhome during the second week of easter school holidays and it was quite busy, but still had the opportunity to relax since the people around were respectful and friendly. I chose the powered site and it was perfect since it had the water supplies, grey water drainage and power in the spot just for that site. Across the road I had the facilities, with accesible bathrooms, washing and ironing appliances and dump station even if practically no needed due little use of the built in toilet due to proximity to the full facilities. There were plenty of activities for the kids to have fun alone and with the grownups, paid carts, pool, water games, parks, outdoor table-tennis, putt-putt, arcades and a bouncing trampoline. The cafe on site had decent coffee and meals, no need to find another place outside to have a coffee. Price was acceptable compared to Sydney and shops around the park. At reception you can find essentials if you come on a public holiday without provisions. Do not think twice, just go and enjoy it!

We stayed in this lovely park last week with our caravan and had a great time. Facilities and amenities were excellent and clean. The shared kitchen, lounge and outdoor covered seating areas were great to retreat to. In particular when the weather is not too kind for camping, we had windy and rainy weather days on and off. As a strong recommendation we would like it if all Big 4s make it a priority to provide separate bins for refundable liquid containers, such as bottles, cans etc, and also stress to all guests on check in, that these have to be used. It is ridiculous that in this day and age not more care and thought is given to this by all of us. No excuse is valid enough not to speed up the process of less landfill and unnecessary waste. We loved the marina precinct, and Coffs Harbour and surrounds offer some great spots for daytrips, such as Sawtell and its lookouts, Sealy Lookout, Mutton bird Island at the marina, Bellingen, the hikes and lookouts along the Waterfall Way, Dorrigo for art and lunch etc etc. For breakfast, lunch or dining options you can use the great little cafe in the park, or one of the many options in Coffs itself of course.

This is a terrific park for families but unfortunately not as good for couples. Its location is great, close to beautiful beaches, the marina, Mutton Bird Island, and restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Facilities are clean and new, staff are friendly and helpful, there's a cafe on site for a coffee (which can be good or bad depending on the barista) and take away food. The pools ideal for kids with lots of small play areas build into the design, but unfortunately, it is not so good for adult swimming. Unfortunately, it is also an extremely noisy caravan park, trucks where left running beside our van site for long periods of time, just left rumbling away empty and unfortunately the gardening staff, although doing a fantastic job of the grounds, where forever running motorised equipment and driving noisy vehicles around continually. I'd recommend this park for families and for location, but unfortunately, not for a couple wanting to get away for a week's holiday for a relaxing time.

I have mixed feeling as this park could have been great. We booked for a two night stay with three kids. The main reason I booked was for the pool and slide facilities as my kids love swimming. I booked through their website. At no time was I informed that the whole pool area was SHUT. Not when I booked, not through email or text, not even when i checked in. I had to go to the office and ask when it would open. They said not till the school holidays hopefully (in two weeks). I was not happy. Went to tbe office 5 times during the day (wasting my only two night break in a year) At first the receptionist said she would let reservations know and I should have got an email to say it was shut. Next time I went in she said that she would get reservations to contact me, then next time she said they were in a meeting, next time that the manager was on the phone and would contact me today.... I was leaving the next morning. After this time I felt they were just fobbing me off and my stay was nearly over. So I went back agian and said no I want this sorted now and waited 10 min while they didnt even say if she would even come out or not. Finally when I talked to someone she said she could offer 10% discount..i said no what about tickets to water park at big banana. Ni cant do that. I van offer local pool tickes. No slide...no thanks. So I asked for a refund for the second night and she saod no at first but after I stood my ground she said she would have to check with someone else. So finally they let me get my money back. I booked elsewhere makingsure the pool was open and had a great stay at new place. Actually cabin was very impressive. Reception amd managment was professional but cold and uncaring. Wasted a day of my holiday amd left kids bored and me worked up and stressed. I had been told that there was a notice online to say it was shut. There was not and after me stating so she said she would look into it. Still three days later no botice on their website. Another patron was also given the same story and had nearly ended...

The pool is the only reason this place is getting more than one star. I paid for an ensuite which felt very similar to a public toilet, not clean on arrival, pubic hair all over the place, a gross public toilet refillable toilet paper system with 1ply toilet paper, no towels, mould in the shower, and some kind of ?wet shredded newspaper all over the floor. Also our site faced away from the ensuite so we had to walk though the dirt and around our motorhome to get to the ensuite, and if it was raining we needed to use an umbrella because it was so far away, which is not want you want at 4am! This was made even worse by the fact that there is common access to the ensuite which is attached to another ensuite for the next door neighbour, who’s site faces the ensuite so your pretty much walking through the neighbours front yard every time you use the ensuite (which doesn’t feel safe if you have creepy neighbours), If I had known all of this I would have just gotten a powered site close to the amenities and used them instead. The games room was also closed, makes no sense since every other park we’ve been to has had it’s games room open during covid, (and they’re clearly not worried about being covid safe given the state of our bathroom) so there was nothing for the kids to do in the rain. The playgrounds and washing machines are also are in dire need of an update. If I hadn’t paid for an ensuite site I probably would have given this park more stars however I didn’t and am severely...
