This is hands down my favourite walk in Canberra and judging from the number of people you'll see out and about here, also half of Canberra's favourite! There is something beautiful and serene about Lake Burley Griffin all around the bridge to bridge walk which usually takes about an hour, more or less depending on how fast you walk (think it's 5 kms). It gets pretty busy peak times during the day which makes crossing both bridges a bit of trying to give way here and there but overall it's probably one of the most iconic walks in Canberra. You should try to come during each season as it's looks amazing in different ways throughout the year (from rustic autumn foliage to blossoms of spring, bare branches of winter to lush greens and sparkling blue waters of summer) - quite the sight!
