Ordered a Black milk tea with Crème Brulee and I couldn’t get “little ice”. It’s not a big deal but I asked why and she just kept responding with “we just can’t with that drink”. She was not hospitable at all, didn’t smile or say “sorry about that”. Then the lady after me ordered a different drink and the exact same thing happened.
