This course has the layout of a premium ($150) course , and the condition/maintenance of a community public ($45) course. Course layout is great! It’s narrow, winding, and really forces you think about where you want to place your tee shots! The course needs to deal with its drainage issues. Bunkers are flooded, part of fairway is flooded, and the grounds crew can at least blow away the leaves on the fairway. I look forward to play this course again when the condition is better.

One of the most challenging and fun course layouts in the Gold Coast. The maintenance of the course has improved dramatically since playing here a year ago. Greens are well kept. Some upgrades still need to be made, such as really bumpy cart paths and some brown patches here and there on the fairway. A bit more investment on this property would definitely make this course 5 star. Lastly, the brakes on my golf cart were dangerously worn down.

I try to be positive about every course I play but this course was a disappointment. A golf course that was obviously amazing in its heyday that is looking neglected in places and not worth the fees being charged. Back nine was in better condition. The green staff are doing some work on the course and I hope it improves.

This has been my favourite coarse for over 20 years. I am sad to say that is no longer the case. The greens were in terrible condition - and reading other comments it seems have been for a while. The clubhouse is in terrible condition and in need of a major update. The coarse was very wet in patches but I haven’t let that reduce my score as it is one of those uncontrollables. I last played here 12 months ago and was hopeful the distance markers on the sprinklers had been replaced by they haven’t. I would suggest less than 5% of distance markers are present and/or readable. Cart paths in very poor condition and cart had torn seat. Best part of the day was I basically had the coarse to myself. I literally saw one other group on the coarse on a beautiful winters day. Sadly, I will be looking for an alternative for my annual holiday...

Great layout, great proshop staff but course condition and maintenance is very poor. Every other course I have played, the players have right of way. Not here. This morning I was forced to wait as the green was cored, even though I was hitting to the green before they had commenced, so I picked up and went to the next hole. Coring machine drove passed me as I was teeing off, then parked on the next green impeding my shot. Picked up again and went to the third hole, same again. Picked up and went home.

Trees from the recent cyclone still over the course, if a ball washer or water point Age, they are just removed and not replaced. Better courses for less membership cost in the vicinity, so...

Would be 5 stars but the place closed too early (4pm) so we couldn't have a drink after our round of golf!

Played 18 holes here in late December 2019 and the course was looking lush and green. WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THE WATER? Fairway grass was soft and nearly NO divot marks! Tee boxes in good condition too. Greens were rolling smooth.

Few of the bunkers were in need of work, while others super soft and perfect sand.

Food was Ok. I had a beef burger and chips but it did take a while to get it (30mins and there was only 4 others getting food at the time), so we actually missed our tee off time.

Carts are OK, would be better with in built GPS to know where hazards and trouble is...
