Going to The Brooklyn Wine and Tapas will most likely be one of the best, if not the best, culinary experiences you will ever undertake. There are three key contributors that prefects a dining experience in my opinion. The first is the ambiance and The Brooklyn far exceeds this expectation. It is a very sophisticated establishment and the attention to stylish detail is astonishing. Perfect colour schemes, charming and rich, yet comfortable with a wide assortment of seating areas. One of those places where every corner is a great option to sit back relax and take it all in. The second is the staff and again there were friendly and warm smiles all around, even thought they were fairly busy on our arrival. Leisa clearly understand the requirements of the market she and her team cater for and left no stone unturned to ensure that we are and know that we are, in good capable hands all night long. The third and most important is the food, well if you have not been to The Brooklyn yet, then it is almost impossible to explain in words what to expect as every culinary sense and even those you did not know existed before, will be in pure delight.
