Questa Casa — Attraction in Kalgoorlie

Two signs outside, one saying opening 3pm the other, not spotted, says tpurs may be booked from 3pm. Get there 2.50, two oldr gehrsxwsuring, 1 from Gold Cost. They had rung bell, I did also, then banged noisily on glass screen door. 20sec later,I assume, the Madame comes and says they are full with tour. Has a sign in her hand saying "Full". Suggested it shoukd have been on glass door!!! Pointed out discrepincies and how far the 3 if us had travelled from and she offered to take 1 of us in, which was declined as unfair on others. Suggest they look at their sidewalk signs.wonder how many times this...

Just got back from Kalgoorlie, and I think this was the highlight of my trip. I went on the 3pm tour 9/7/24, and enjoyed it so much. I really enjoyed Madam Carmel's stories about how she came to own the brothel, some history of Hay St and such, and some stories of the girl's who worked there previously. The brothel has such a fascinating aura, and the rooms are very interesting. I would highly recommend it (as long as you book in advance). You will learn more about Kalgoorlie's history in this tour than any other, as I hung off...

Did the tour with some friend who were visiting. It was good, and informative, however there was a period of the host talking for about 30 minutes straight. It got monotonous and we started to tune out. I personally would break it up into a bit of speaking / introduction, then a couple of rooms, then the rest of the talking, then last rooms.
