Cafe 312 — Restaurant in Western Australia

Was a regular there till I ordered a $15 smashed avo. Was wondering where the rest of the meal was when 2 bits of toast with avo spread and tomato came out before my eyes. It was woeful! Called the chef over. He said no one else has complained and he won’t refund my meal. We are no longer regulars. Over the course of the year, the lack of customer satisfaction has cost them big time. Bye bye!

Updated: Cafe 312 tried to insult my intelligence by accusing me of not reviewing the RIGHT cafe. I KNOW WHICH CAFE I ATE AT!! Secondly, A male did walk from the kitchen to our table after we asked to see the Chef...so if the staff member DID NOT send out the chef after that specific request, then that is the fault of the establishment. Thirdly, there was only tomato on my toast and the meal was small. You can't really have an excuse for this by telling a customer they are wrong in their details. How Pathetic! Word of mouth is getting around about poor customer service and now how they LIE about customer complaints. Unfortunately, all the 'Chef' had to do was replace the meal or give a refund. They have lost a lot of money...

Great Coffee - But Disappointing Food Experience

I ordered the pumpkin and beetroot sourdough, and unfortunately, the experience fell short when the food arrived. While it was presented beautifully, the beetroot and pumpkin were rock hard and completely inedible. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality.

Being a public holiday, we were charged a 20% surcharge. Our total bill came to $76.81 for two people. When you’re spending that much on a meal, you expect to be able to eat it.

To top it off, our friend found a hair in their meal, which was incredibly off-putting.

It’s a shame, especially as we were visiting from Perth and were looking forward to a nice dining experience. Unfortunately, it just fell short this time. The sourdough and beetroot hummus, topped with a bit of feta and the salmon I added on to the order was good. Shame I couldn’t eat the items I bought the meal for. My Partners meal was good; seems maybe this isn’t the best item to choose...

I’m a bit torn writing this one. We rocked up dusty after Kal Cup, hanging for a solid feed and something cold to drink. Instead, we were greeted by dirty tables that took forever to be cleared…

After ordering through the QR code (you’d think that’d free staff up for better service), we waited ages for our food. When it finally arrived though - what a feed. Decent portions, tasty, and honestly well-priced.

Unfortunately, our drinks never came. We asked three times, waited another 40 minutes, and eventually asked for a refund - but were told we couldn’t get one because we ordered through the app. They offered to make the drinks takeaway instead, but only made two, then tried to tell us we hadn’t ordered the orange juice. After pulling up the receipt to prove it, they finally handed over an OJ - straight out of a Golden Circle carton!!!

So yeah, the food slapped, but the service really...
