Lake Weeroona Playspace — Attraction in Loddon Mallee

Wide open space playground with options for many ages. Water play, jungle gym, exploration section and also a little one play area. BBQ’s under canopy, food trucks usually parked in the parking lot and plentiful areas to go walking and exploring.

Kids will love the large slide, climbing pyramid and the water play area on those hot summer days. A couple of large trees provide some shady areas but mostly sun for all sitting on a bench watching their kids.

The new park replaced a pretty good old park that encouraged exploring on their own. Plan on 100 or so visitors on a sunny day and even more when the weekend or holidays...

Dropped by on the way home and used the facilities which seemed reasonably clean. Family friendly with lots of people out enjoying themselves trying to breathe fresh air which is hard when you are wearing something that is preventing that. Today I tried the hot jam donuts which I must admit was delicious and soft so will definitely buy them when I go past again...nice place to have a break for some fun, relaxation and be alive by being outside in the sun amongst other people, mother nature and father time...

The park needs alot of repair work done to it! We went their today for the first time in over 5 years and the wood is all rooten and very water damaged. Their was work man their repairing the bridge part but I found that to be damages as they were cutting wood ect would have been much safer to have just closed the park. Their is lost of shade around though to side down have some lunch and relax my kids also loved the ducks and that they could watch the turtles...
