Vinny’s Pizza Pasta Ribs — Attraction in Logan City

** 3rd November 2023 - Update - just ordered again thinking it might be a better experience this Time but not only did I receive someone else's order via Uber eats, they finally delivered the correct food and it was pretty much cold and honestly for the $29 I paid - the serving is about half the size I was expecting.

No more chances. I won't be ordering from here again.

Honestly just wanted some spaghetti for my son for dinner and he was asleep by the time the correct food finally arrived. Just bought some pasta for dinner for my family - ordered the spaghetti bolognaise plus one small pizza and a garlic bread. Admittedly I was in a hurry any asked how long it would take to prepare - they said they would have the pasta ready in 5 minutes which I thought was rather impressive.

The whole lot was ready in about 10 mins which was great but then when I get home I realise it looks like they have just poured a can of tinned spaghetti in the takeaway tub and then added beef spaghetti sauce and cheese on the top !!😳🤬 I had two serves of spaghetti and they are like $15 each.... not happy !!!! 😒 it was also only luke warm. The pizza was good at least.... 😕

If I order Italian food I at least expect freshly cooked pasta and a spaghetti sauce that was made from scratch like any other restaurant (which honestly isn't that hard really).

I'm willing to bet the beef bolognaise sauce was out of a can too 😐 not sure if I'll be going back again.... If I wanted tinned food for dinner I would have just gone to...

What a joke of a business. They shared some great looking photos of one of their Chicken Parmas, I posted a photo of what we actually received and it was awful. Instead of actually responding, they deleted my comment and blocked me. So I felt its best to just share it on Google instead and give more detail.

This place is truly awful with even worse service. After waiting ~40 minutes despite being told it would take 15-20 minutes, I found out they had given my order away to someone else. No apology. So waited another 25 minutes and was given the worst possible meal I've had in my entire life. The pizza base was barely cooked, the chips were overcooked, the parma was practically burnt and looked awful, and the cheese garlic bread (while technically correct) was nothing more than a normal loaf of garlic bread with a slice of cheese on top - and it was cold. I called up to complain and met with general disinterest.

Food took so long to come, I ended up playing a game of seeing how many cockroaches I could count running by the front of their store. Got to 11. Not certain if its just because I was waiting for such a long time, or if they actually have a problem. Either way, don't bother with this place. I wish I was exaggerating with this place. I didnt bother posting or sharing anything, until I saw them post photos of some incredible looking dishes.. but for them to just block me and delete my comment? Thats a sign of good...

This is the WORST restaurant I have ever had to deal with!!! I spent nearly $80 on food that came out wrong and undercooked!!! When I rang to complain about my missing food which I had yet to realise the ribs weren't even cooked , after arguing with the lady on the phone about the fact I order them together to eat together she finally agreed to take my details and replace my whole meal, i was a lil hesitant to even call back due to the poor quality but i thought after the amount of money they charged me and the fact everyone deserves a second chance id give it a go. I just called up to get my meal which instead it ended in a very disturbing argument with the guy on the phone who would not honour the agreement I had been promised and would not replace my food, he said he'd give me a discount. I repeated " why would I spend more money with you when you can't even get my order right the first time , and then won't honour what I was originally promised, literally the worst customer service and the most I've ever spent on food to be upset with the poor quality of everything...
