I visited on a Sunday when the market is on every weekend. The market has been here for many years and is always busy. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables along with fresh food such as cakes, bread and much more incuding coffee and cakes. Also lots of other stalls such as toddlers clothes plus many more. Plants and shrubs also seedlings and other interesting items. There is parking inside and in the streets nearby. This complex has a Men's Shed, an oval that people walk around and play sport. A complex for events, meetings and many other functions. It is also used for voting when Elections are happening. People also park there caravans here when visiting this area. There are rest rooms and dogs on a leash I believe. Not sure if there is designated picnic area or whether you make your own with a table and chairs. Always an interesting place when driving towards Beaconsfield and onto Pakenham and Warragul and further...

Akoonah Park Market ๐Ÿ‘Œis one of Melbourne's gems! ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž In the "burbs" in Berwick.

With free car parking๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš—๐Ÿš˜ very conveniently located in a large area of the the Akoonah park grounds, ๐Ÿ‘‰which makes walking to or from your car very accessible when buying an armful of market goodies! ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŒฏ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

It is has a welcoming casual & relaxed atmosphere and the stall holders are friendly and helpful. ๐Ÿค—

A reasonable sized market although not huge by any means... It makes for an easy get around to the different stalls ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธ~ There is a wide variety of wares, some practical, like books, some edible, some hand-crafted, some vintage and lots of beautiful plants & flowers for those who like gardening and would like to shop somewhere other than Bunnings... to be found at very reasonable prices.๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’š

It would be remiss not to mention the Yummy food stalls also available at pop-up marquees through out the market too....

Great spot everything is close the small caravan park is full of long term locals whom suspicious you out on arrival too. Todd was great but definitely not happy with the service and the way we were spoken to by his wife krystal whoms time is taken up by young kids ...too busy to be involved in the park her attitude needs to change..Toilets cleaned by local camper daily at so many different times you can't keep up ..and turns the radio off constantly. Only 2 showers 4 toilets for i believe 25 sites Park is quite safe even though its not fenced from other public passing thru..but good area no trouble. Local coffee van daily every sunday market at your door items and food. We had a great stay but decided to move on..very well priced and firewood supplied at...

Went on a Sunday, and usual, just to get donuts. Saw a staff trying to tie a car out of a park, and tie rope snapped. I jumped out to see if I can help push. He explained it's too bogged going to get a chain. Tried to find a park near the donut truck. The lines for the parking are incredibly tight. The gap to reverse is a joke. And of course it's one way traffic. And one guy parked his car so far out could not get without scraping two cars. I managed to only scrape offending car, unfortunately, being a tray Ute damaged My car. I wish I could hold someone accountable, can not reverse in one way traffic and blocked in by Ute. . The donuts we nice as always. Just tasted bitter this time, and they will cost me about $300 to fix the car.
