we;ve been staying at the Bellerine Big 4 approx 4 times, such a beautiful and clean Caravan park, very quick to get things fixed and repaired in a timley manner . our only complaints would be they not willing to upgrade or install a better WIFI signal to help out with Phone / intrernet services or putting in Fetch boxes to get more channels and choices so we can access our streaming accounts on the TV instead of basic TV channels having a pool guard at the pool to ensure those parents on their phone are OFF their phones !! and having Management like Lauren actually follow up on phone call re training for NDIS as tired of being lumped in the same pool of those that have paid on NDIS funds and BIG 4 has struggled to get paid so I can teach and train them but seems Management just doesn't care about this but happy to pressure me over deposits especially during non high...
   Read moreThe new Big 4 holiday park at Emu Point Holiday Park in WA have got off to a bad start by NOT informing their clients that they were going from a Top Tourist park to Big 4 park, and as such a lot of clients have paid too much for their accommodation. I was booked in to the park from 25Nov14 to 3Dec14, and the management did NOT inform me of the change (as a Big 4 member) would happen on 1st December 2014. This I consider as poor business, and against what should be the policy of a Big4 park, i.e. open and honest dealings with their clients --they have denigrated the good name of Big 4...

Is that not what is advertised and we pay membership for? Response from these people in head office is " we will take it up with the park owners on our next visit ".
