I’m writing to complain after encountering serious safety issues and negligence.
My toddler was hurt by a child who deliberately pushed him down some stairs (after trying to hurt him multiple times earlier). He split his lip and was bleeding. The staff spoke to the child’s parent but the mother didn’t go over and supervise her daughter, who continued hurting children. Later, the same child held a small boy’s head under the balls in a ball pit. I felt the staff’s response wasn’t sufficient considering how incredibly dangerous and worrying this behaviour was. The child should have been removed once it became clear her mother wasn’t going to supervise her.
It was a busy public holiday but the children’s safety should always come first. The staff should have closed the cafe early if they didn’t have enough staff on to supervise the play spaces. Also, we saw a lot of older children playing in the area for babies and toddlers. Some were playing very roughly, also unsupervised, which is also a safety risk. I won’t go back but I’m sharing this to...

The toddler area is good with creative play options but the 6 -11 years area is multi level and really impressive with a big ball pit and a few interactive options. All areas are also clean. Food options have been given an update since we were last here with good flavoursome, filling options for both kids and adults. We tried the chicken burger and beef burger, l preferred the beef burger but my partner liked the chicken. The kids Margherita is pita bread with pizza sauce and cheese which is perfect for kids. I also had the mixed berry smoothie which was so good I was surprised. They also offer free wifi if you check in on Facebook. I am impressed and...
Read moreI was upset with the way our family was treated. By the owners. We asked 2 adults to move out of the ball pit area that has a sing that states no adults. He complained the owner (both Chinese) in their own language about us. A lovely Chinese lady next to me told me that he said we are stupid and the owner agreed say we are just regular Australians. I find this hard to understand as we were only pointing out their rules. There is no need for racism anywhere and definitely not around children. I won’t return as this type of behaviour is not acceptable in a society that wants us all to be more accepting of other cultures but it also needs to include...
