Be careful if you want to go cycling because the bridges are narrow and not suitable for it. Better take your bike and walk. Good for jogging on the trails. A few people enjoy sunbathing on the grass. Sunscreen is recommended. My skin feels burnt.

Very busy after 16:30 Aesthetically pleasing to the eye given it is a man made lake. Algae can sometimes be evident probably due to the water being still.
Cyclist can sometimes be a hazard on the footpaths when they zoom at fast speeds without ringing their bell while overtaking.
During isolation lockdown there has been an increase of traffic around this lake. I’ve seen cyclist ride laps around the lake which I think is unsafe for the pedestrians, in particular Mums pushing prams with 👶 and miniature small dogs...
