Booked a pedicure and sns manicure. My pedicure was rushed (took maybe 10 minutes MAX even though no one else was in the salon?) and both of my big toes nails are already ruined not even 5 hours later (despite me doing nothing but drive home and sit on the couch). The nail tech barely touched my cuticles, barely filed, and cut my toenails DRY (I.e cut before my feet soaked). My feet spent a total of 60 seconds in the water basin over the entire “pedicure”. It’s actually comical looking at my toes how poorly done my service was. After receiving this poor service, I decided to switch from an SNS mani to shellac, and that was also rushed and no care at all was given to my cuticles until the very end (after lotion was applied) when I finally asked the technician to trim them. On top of all of that, I was charged $5 for sns removal (from my previous mani) even though I soaked them off myself while I was getting a pedi. Do not recommend, $90 wasted.

I had an amazing experience at Grace & Joy! The Staffs were friendly and is always down for a good chat. The staffs really do care about their quality of service and ensure that you're comfortable. I had my manicure and pedicure done and i am inlove with my french nails! Their white shellac colour is vibrant and glossy, and doesn't look like you've got a liquid paper on your toes. Would highly recommend if you're around the area! The owner and staffs has a passion in providing the best service for the customers. It's definitely my go to now.

Couldn't recommend the brow tint and wax more. My eyebrows have never looked so 'full', thank you to Grace and Joy for working wonders with my patchy brows! They're always so friendly and make me feel comfortable and pampered. Thank you team, you're a great local salon and I never expected to be wearing my hear tied back to show off my brows hehe.

Wow this place is a class above every other nails place I've been to! I went to a place a few shops down the road to do SNS and they stuffed it up. I was walking back and went in here just to check it out, they offered to fix it up for me at no charge. Tuyen was so professional and lovely and touched it up for me beautifully. I had a great chat with Chow as well.Fung did my shellac pedicure and she was amazing! They are all so friendly and smiling. I would highly recommend this place especially for those in the East Brunswick, North Fitzroy area. I will definitely be going back!! Thank you for what you did...
