Has caused my parents nothing but stress through this business brokerage and his last business which seems to be all but deregistered. failed promises, change in contract conditions, refused to speak my mother as she was a woman and couldn’t be the owner, we have wasted thousands through solicitors getting contracts drawn up only to have the contract conditions change or the broker try and rip of the buyer off by changing the conditions us as vendors have set out. I really wish this broker would stop trying be involved with sale of our business we have a trusted and reputable agent in charge now but a lot of our enquires come with Manan business brokers attached, he even tried to lease our business in his name only to slip a sublet clause in.
